雨の降り頻る日曜日、並ぶことを覚悟してきましたが待ち時間は10分程度で拍子抜け。
ラーメン屋でひしめき合う一乗寺はほとんどのお店で待つ人はおらず、ガラガラと言う言葉が合うほどでした。
ラーメン屋全盛期は終わったのか？
そんなことを思いつつ極鶏に着きました。
お客さんは大学生が大半で、お店の中は教授がどうたら、俺の彼女がどうたらという話で持ちきりでした。
さて、肝心の味ですがやはり極鶏のラーメンというべきかとても美味しかったです！
鶏を丸々溶かしたようなスープは濃厚で、たまに粉砕された骨がざらざらするほどの濃さを誇ります。
赤だくは見た目ほど辛くなく、鶏の味を少し打ち消して食べやすくしているような印象を受けました。
エビだくは鶏スープがベースですが、その上からエビの味がすることでかけ算のように美味しさが向上しています。
しかしなんと言っても王道の鶏だくが好きです。
ただ、大盛にすると食べ切る前にしんどくなってしまう可能性があるので次回は並盛に白米で勝負を仕掛けようと思います。
