一乗寺では、いつも行列が出来ている極鶏さんですが、たまたま待ちがない時に
入店できました。人気の鶏だくをオーダーしました。着丼を待っている間に、
家族連れや何人かが入店してきました。外国人男女もいらっしゃいました。
皆さん、鶏だくを頼んでいるようでした。（隣の男性も鶏だくでした）
着丼し、実食です。スープはどろどろですが、鶏の旨味、甘味が存分に出ていて
美味しかったです。京都では有名な”ていがく”さんの中太ストレート麺によく絡んで
バランスよくまとまっています。食べ進めると白髪ねぎがいいアクセントになって
いました。スープは、どんどん飲めますが少し残してしまいました。ごはんを頼めば
良かったと思いました。今度は、何にしようかと思いなが店を後にしました。
