大きなピザ窯で焼かれた少し焦げ目のあるピザは香ばしさとほど良いもっちり感があります。
何種類かのピザがありますがやはり定番のマルゲリータが美味しい。
他にリゾットも中々いけますよ！
私には 味が濃すぎて 期待はずれでした。
店の雰囲気は よい感じでしたが・・・・
ひまだったのか 店員さんたちが雑談していたのも気になりましたね。
もう一回行きたいとは 思えない店でした。
繁華街から離れたちょっと不便なところにあるレストランですが，行列もできる有名店．
日本人の味覚にあった上品な味付けです．薄めの生地をつかったピザは，生地と具のバランスが絶妙．お手軽な値段も魅力．
イタリアンはやっぱりオープンキッチンがいいですね。雰囲気はとてもいいお店でした。ちょっと値段は高めですが、素材がいいし、料理も凝ってるし、満足です。特にピザは絶品でした。デザートも美味しかったです。
前菜が美味しい。蟹とアボガドのオリーブオイル和物、フォアグラとレーズンのパテなど。味濃いめ。チーズ、トマトのハーフハーフピザ。しらすとブロッコリーのスパゲッティー。要予約だったね。

開店当初と評価が分かれる店だが、私は今のお店が気軽に感じる事ができ好きです。
気の利いたパスタ類を気分に合わせてチョイスできる。
特に奥の窯で焼き上げてくれるピザは香ばしく美味しいです。
