PR for restaurants |
Enjoy high-quality Japanese Cuisine made with carefully selected seasonal ingredients and delicious sake. Private and semi-private rooms available.
Enjoy a course meal featuring seasonal ingredients and a la carte dishes, along with a wide selection of local and fine sake. The restaurant is designed based on the concept of an old Kyoto house, and |
A set of stands and bamboo baskets made of Kyoto's famous bamboo, specially ordered from Kyoto's bamboo craft store, Miki Chikuzai-ten, was brought to us. The setting is unique and full of originality, while still maintaining Kyoto's originality and traditions. Using mainly Japanese and other seasonal ingredients, Japanese Cuisine the chef of "Higashiyama" is in charge of savory dishes, and Sweets the pastry chef carefully prepares each item for the "Higashiyama Afternoon Tea". It is refreshing yet rich because it is made with a tea whisk. The taste is deep and elegant with each burst of carbonated water. Iribancha: Tea roasted over high heat on a hot iron plate. With low caffeine content, this tea is widely loved in Kyoto by everyone from small children to the elderly. Gyokuro (Gyokuro): Aroma and mild sweetness. It has a strong flavor as if the extract of the tea leaves had been condensed. Japanese black tea Gentle and mildly astringent, with a gentle taste. It has a soft, apple-like aroma. Sweets All of the teas are delicious! And they are elegant. The Japanese chestnut mont blanc is small, but it has the taste of Japanese chestnuts concentrated in it. The pumpkin tart is surprisingly soft inside. Inside the soft, melt-in-your-mouth drawstring, you will find a soft and mildly sweet whipped cream, and the wine muscat jelly with a hint of liqueur will give you a refreshing break from the chops. A more hearty Dorayaki is also available! The cream is made with soy milk and is light, the Tanba Dainagon made in-house is not too sweet, and the skin is soft, light and well-balanced. Dorayaki Even people who don't like Dorayaki or Japanese Confectionery will like it. They recommend pairing the sweet chestnut Dorayaki with Ippodo Tea Shop's newly released Japanese black tea. The scones, called "classic style," come out really warm. The pomegranate on top is caramelized when warmed. The black soybeans on the side are also very Japanese!
