七条駅より徒歩6〜8分の場所にあるイタリアン トラットリア セッテ ハイアット リージェンシー 京都。
高級ホテル、ハイアットリージェンシー京都2階に店舗を構えるイタリアン。2021年イタリアンwest百名店に選出されています。
宿泊客の方々が利用されることも多いようで、少し価格設定は高めですが、ホテルならではの雰囲気の良さが魅力です。
今回いただいたのはpronzoランチコース。スープ、パスタ、パン、紅茶がセットになったお手軽ランチメニューで、金額をプラスすることでパスタを変更したり、デザートをつけることもできます。トマトソースとフェットチーネを組み合わせたパスタ料理は、上品で量少なめながら、グリルで焼いた芳ばしい茄子の香りと、パンチェッタの旨味に、チーズたっぷりまろやかなトマトソースの味わいが合わさって美味でした！
少し奮発して、落ち着いた雰囲気の中イタリアンを堪能したい時にぴったりのお店なので、ぜひ訪問してみてください。
