奈良の 玄 さんで存在感ある蕎麦を頂いたワタクシは
ケーキ目的で此方へとやって参りました。やはり甘い
モノは外せません。ショートかモンブラン狙いで訪問。
ホテルでありますので駐車場には困りません。地下に
車を停めてエレベーターでフロントまで来て螺旋階段
を上れば店舗となります。
イタリアンに併設と言う事でスタッフの方のサービス
は抜群であり雰囲気も洒落ています。ショーケースへ
向うも既にケーキの種類は少ない・・・ピスタチオと
迷いましたがシンプル故に難しいショートを選択。
■ストロベリーショートケーキ
優しい甘さの生クリームは流石ですが生地が少しだけ
重い様に感じました。そして苺がまだ時期尚早ですね。
洋菓子店とカフェが作る丁度中間地点の様なケーキで
ありました。
■カフェラテ
珈琲とミルクの塩梅が素晴らしいカフェラテでした。
個人的に好みのタイプ。美味い☆
総じて、
ホテルのケーキという事で過度な期待は寄せずにの
訪問でしたが予想通りというのが正直なところです。
雰囲気、空気感、そしてサービス面では満足度高い
のですがケーキはそこまでではないかなと。
