This is a dashi shabu-shabu hotpot course where you can enjoy our specialty shabu shabu. You can choose from two types of dashi for your shabu shabu shabu. The final course is tsukesoba noodles with our homemade dashi broth. Please enjoy to your heart's content.

Recommended for various banquets, welcome/farewell parties, and year-end and New Year parties! This is our most popular course where you can enjoy fresh sashimi and our specialty shabu-shabu shabu shabu. The shabu-shabu hotpot is our specialty, with a choice of dashi broth! When the sashimi is lined up, it looks gorgeous. You can also enjoy Kyoto cuisine such as seared duck loin and wheat gluten dengaku. For dessert, try the chilled Uji matcha warabi mochi.
