東山区の本町通りは幼少期を過ごした場所。昔は商店街で色んな店がたくさんあったけれど、今はもうほとんど皆無。そんなところに、いつの間にか評判の中華ができたというじゃないですか。妹と行ってみました。
店とは分からないような日が入口、多分昔はスナックだったのかなという店内。でも料理は一流です。まずは皮付き豚肉が絶品。これはなかなか京都で出す店少ないのでは？ 鮮魚の蒸し料理も頼みましたよ。中華で一番好きな調理法。食べ尽くしました。
ワインは山形のロゼみたいな白を注文。料理に寄り添います。京都に帰省したら、また行こう。
