本格的な広東式焼味レストラン小梟（シャオシャオ）
instagramでよく見る ”ローストダッグ” が食べたくてBMしてました。
香港で4年間研鑽を積まれたシェフがされています。
「焼味」とは、香港ローカル飯のこと。
ローストダック、チャーシューを窯で焼き上げる。
本場の味はそのままに、日本人が食べやすいようアレンジされてます。
場所
京都駅から塩小路通りを東へ徒歩15分ほど、塩小路橋近くです。
昭和なポルノ映画館があったり…ちょっと如何わしい雰囲気 w
飲食店もあまりないような住宅地にひっそりと存在しています。
マンションの奥が店舗、木製の看板が目印です。
店内
昭和のキャバレーのような雰囲気、居ぬきを使われているのかも。
昔ながらの赤い椅子がカウンター前に並んでいます。
メニュー
ミートコンボと、特製牛バラ麺の2本柱。
食べたかったローストダックが生憎の売り切れ…( ;∀;)
仕方ありませんので、今回は ”牛バラ麺” を頂くことに。
頂いたもの
✔特製牛バラ麺
具材は、牛バラ、牛胃袋、牛ロースの3種類。
全部のせ（1400円）を頂きました。
待つこと10分ほどで完成。
具材たっぷり、上にはパクチーもたっぷり乗っています。
麺は半透明の麺です。とっても柔らかい平麺です。
スープは言葉で言い表せない独特の風味と味わい。
予想以上の辛味と酸味。スパイシーと言っても良いかも。
牛バラ、牛胃袋、牛ロースはどれも柔らかいです。
バラは下味がしっかり、脂が乗ってて美味しーです。
本場香港で勉強されたお料理を堪能させて頂きました。
今度こそ ”ローストダック” 狙いで訪問したいです (*˘︶˘*).｡.:*♡
