It has a refreshing taste and is very popular among people who have been suffering from heartburn when eating meat lately! A unique blend of Himalayan rock salt and branded garlic from Aomori. It's also perfect with [Original Refreshing Ponzu Sauce]!

The loin is A5 rank Kuroge Wagyu beef, and the short ribs are A4 or higher. We offer carefully selected meat at a super reasonable price! We are especially proud of our skirt steak, which is carefully selected high-quality meat that will not be embarrassing no matter where you serve it. Furthermore, we offer a variety of ways to enjoy our food, including our secret sauce, Himalayan rock salt, salted garlic, and original ponzu sauce so that people of all ages can enjoy it.
