10月から4月末までの営業となります。 |
10月〜4月までしか営業していないのですが、36年の歴史を持つ鶏すき鍋のお店です。
ひね鶏は、歯応えあり、噛めば噛むほどに味わいが感じられるお肉です。
皮、ズリ、肝、玉ひも、産道などの各部位は、見た目もツヤツヤで美しく、本当に新鮮であることは見てとれます。
ホルモンだとは思えない柔らかさ、新鮮さに驚きます。
また、白菜、エレンギ、長ネギはどれも旨みがあり、鳥の出汁を染み込ませて食べるとそれはそれは絶品です。
味付けは、鍋に引かれた鶏脂とお砂糖お醤油だけで作り、食材本来のお味を引き出されています。
甘辛で、食べ放題の卵とあわせていくらでも食べれてしまいそうです。
またこの卵も濃厚で絶品なんです。
最後は黄そばを卵で頂き、〆です。
このお店で、この時期にしか味わえない特別なお料理には感動します。
そして驚くほどリーズナブルです。
