10月から4月末までの営業となります。 |
前回、新鮮な朝引き「とりすき」を
おいしくいただき、
その際、気になっていたのが
隣席の「ちゃんこ鍋」(笑)
このたび、食べにいきました！
鶏団子多めで、お豆腐が無い。
具材に玉ねぎと糸こんにゃく等が入るお鍋でした。
何より珍しいのは、全部食べた後、
近江牛のうす切りを投入して、
しゃぶしゃぶっといただくことです。
(これが1番気になっていた笑)
締めは、中華そばか雑炊。
半分ずつでもOKだったので、
そうしてもらいました。
こだわり材料のお鍋はもちろん
締めの雑炊が最高に美味しかったです
ごちそうさまでした☆☆☆
