久しぶりのディナーに訪れたのが
カポナータさん。
店名の通りイタリアン、わかりやすい
ですね、この店名で
讃岐うどんが出てきたらビックリ以外
なにものでもないですよね（笑）
皆さまお書きのように、昔はちょこっと
やんちゃだった感じの←すみません、イメージ
です（笑）はにかみながらもトーク下手な
シェフが迎えて下さいました、お一人で
されているようです、なので完璧な接客を期待
してはダメです（笑）
でも23席あるところで満席になったら
さすがに一人では厳しいでしょうね。
お願いしたのは牛フィレ肉の赤ワインソース、
定番中の定番、付け合わせはズッキーニ、
パプリカ、獅子唐、玉ねぎと色とりどりで
見た目もグッド、焼き加減もミディアムで
ちょうど良かったですね。
アサリとキノコのパスタ、牛フィレも
そうでしたがソースが濃い目ですね、
茹で加減もナイスでした♪
シェフは恥ずかしがり屋さんらしく
すぐに奥に引っ込むので（笑）
用事がある時は毎回席を立って呼びに行く
ことになりますが（笑）
ごちそうさまでした、楽しい時間でした♪
