今日は、西院の方面にご飯に行きました。
■鶏豚専門店 かしわ
阪急の西院駅の近くにある鶏豚専門店です。
朝挽きした鮮度のいい地鶏を味わえるお店のようです。
店内のテーブルには、遠赤外線ロースターが完備されていて、「とりやき」、「やきとん」、「地鶏鍋」も楽しめるようでした。
４人掛けのテーブルに案内されて、少し恐縮する思いでした(^^;;
●おばんざい盛り合わせ
しっかりと味が染み込んでいて、お酒のアテとしてもよさそうです。
●鶏刺し盛り合わせ
新鮮な鶏肉だからこそ味わえる鶏刺しですね(^-^)
ムネ、もも、こころ、きもが盛り付けられていました。
鶏刺しはお好みに合わせて、醤油、ごま油、わさび、しょうがなどで楽しめるようです。
もっちり＆しっとりの胸肉。ワサビとの相性がいいです。
肝は、ぷるんと柔らかいです。ごま油でいただきました。
コリっとおもしろい食感のこころも美味しかったです。
もも肉は、しっかりとした鶏肉感がありました。
いろんな部位の鶏刺しを楽しめました(^-^)
「本日のおすすめ」メニューから、店名を冠したお料理を注文しました。
●「かしわ」のよだれ鶏
ひとりで食べるには贅沢なボリュームの「よだれ鶏」です。
蒸された鶏肉に、花椒とラー油を絡めて食べました。
ピリ辛の花椒とラー油が食欲をそそりました。
意外とペロリと食べることができました。
鶏肉が美味しいですね！！
次から次へとお客さんが入ってきて、お店の繁盛具合が伺えます。
ひとりで４人掛けのテーブルを使うのが心苦しくなりました(^^;;
今回は名物の「とりやき」を諦めましたが、また機会があればそちらも味わいに行きたいと思いました。
