庶民のための最高水準の焼鳥屋さんをついに、
発見しました。
以下、羅列します。
まず、店長の技。
気さくで、面白い、お兄さんだが、細部にまで、こだわる焼きの技術は、
最高水準。
焼鳥の焼き加減は、正に、絶妙。
詳しい人ならわかると思うが、きもの新鮮にはサプライズ。かなりのこだわりだ。
どのメニューにも、ちょっとした、工夫、心遣いがあり、普通の食材であっても、
少しでも、美味しく食べてもらおうというおもてなしの心遣いが感じられる。
サイドメニューもうまい。
チャンジャは新鮮で、胡麻油、キュウリ、ネギが、マッチしてかなり旨い。
最近の発見は、おにぎりさえも、おどろきの旨さ。
店長の他に、もう一人、お兄さんがいて、二人のチームワークの良さ、楽しい会話も売りになっている。
お姉さんも、二人いるが、めちゃくちゃ感じが良い。
既に、ブレイク気味だが、ぜひ、お気に入りの一つに加えてほしい。
