【テイクアウト最高峰】こんなにおいしいものがお家で食べられるとは！＠西院
西院のトラットリアアッカさん。
幾多の信頼できるグルメマイレビさんが絶賛しておられるお店。
何度か予約を試みたものの、空振りの連続。超グルメな人用のお店
なのかなと諦めていました。
コロナの中、京都のお店のテイクアウト情報がある中で、アッカさんも
テイクアウトを初めてはると。嫁が食べてみたいというものの、イタリアン
のテイクアウトだとパスタなら伸びてしまうだろうし、せっかく美味しいお皿
でも食べるときには作り手の想定してる味とかけ離れているものならば、
やはり食べるのはやめておこうと思ってしまいます。
そんな不安を払しょくしてくれるレベルのテイクアウト！
自宅から車で10分程度ということもありますが、それを考慮しても大満足の
内容でした。4日からは、雇用調整助成金の申請業務のため、電話が鳴らない
祝日中に処理しようという決意をもと、やっぱり美味しいもの食べるって
最高だなと思いました。シェフありがとうございました<(_ _)>
この日のテイクアウトメニュー。
□トリッパと白インゲン豆の煮込み（900円）
□熊本産赤牛のロースト（2200円）
□熊本産赤牛のラグー～パルメジャーノがけ（1300円）
本当にすべてが秀逸です。
トリッパの処理、あっさりしたトマトソースはフルーティーな白ワインと合いそう。
赤牛のローストは塩味とうま味の強い塩で味付けされていて、火入れは完璧です。
全てがめっちゃい美味しい。
パスタはペンネかスパゲッティか選びますが、どちらがお勧めかとシェフに問えば、
やはりタイムラグを考慮するとペンネだろうと、そう答えられてもいいように、
こちらのメニューを選びましたが、別格の旨さです。
これはすごいお店ですね。
この味が家で味わえることを喜びつつ、この苦難を乗り越えたいです。

In Kyoto, I visited Trattoria Acca in Saiin for lunch. When I ordered takeaway during the coronavirus pandemic, the tripe was so delicious that I thought it must be a pretty good restaurant, but my wife and I wanted to go there someday, so we had the chance to try the chef's cooking first hand. I did. Well, it was delicious lol. A score of 3.30 is impossible. Lunch is 1,500 yen for appetizer, salad, pasta, and drink. You might think that the aim is to provide a reasonable lunch, but this is on a different level. You can clearly see that the quality of the chicken and the quality of the fish should not be considered strange. Also, as my food master, Gourmet Buta, said, Akaushi is exceptionally well-cooked and delicious. You can get it for an additional 2000 yen, but I think the chef's taste is amazing. Since it's a neighborhood shop, I don't want to advertise it too much, but it's really good, so I highly recommend it♪ Just for your reference.
