A Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant near Kamikatsura.The meat was of good quality and delicious.Starting with the grilled yukhoe, which was good.Next was the ``Nishikiyaki.'' Thinly sliced loin marinated in sauce was quickly seared and mixed with egg yolk.This was absolutely delicious.The sauce was charred and fragrant. The harmonious combination of tender meat and egg yolk, skirt steak and sankakubara.The last offal was urte and tekchan.It was fresh and delicious.I thoroughly enjoyed Yakiniku (Grilled meat) with lemon-filled sour sauce.
