今日はずっと気になっていた「スパイスカレー&」さん、間借でされている為、営業時間を公式Instagramで確認してから訪れる事にしました。
テーブル席に座りメニューを拝見、カレーが一品売切れていた為、「豚バラの和出汁カレー」と「ソフトシェルシュリンプ、ワタリガニ、クリームカレー」の2種盛り(1,300円)に「スパイス煮玉子」(100円)を付けていただく事にしました。
白い大きなお皿の真ん中に雑穀米、しめじ、にんじん、アスパラ、スパイス煮玉子、紫キャベツ、ブロッコリー、カボチャが盛り付けられ左右にそれぞれのカレーがかけられています。
「豚バラの和出汁カレー」は塩味の効いた和出汁に豚脂コクと肉の旨みが加わり豚バラ肉も厚みがありあっさりとした旨みが感じられます。
「ソフトシェルシュリンプ、ワタリガニ、クリームカレー」はワタリガニとエビの香ばしさとまろやかなコクがあり、脱皮したばかりの大きなバナナエビは殻が柔らかく丸ごといただけます。
どちらも辛さは殆ど無く別容器で提供されるスパイスで辛さを自分で調整できます。
トッピング類もとても豊富で雑穀米もふっくらとしておりカレーはどちらもスパイスの強さは感じられず香辛料が心地よく感じられる旨み溢れるスパイスカレーでした。
