京都妙心寺御用達の精進料理のお店です。
妙心寺にご縁があって、毎月１度こちらのお料理をいただいています。
お寺でいただくことが多いのですが、本店も何度か利用させてもらっています。
お料理は、動物性のものを使わなくてもこれだけの味が出せるんだという
深みのある味と、器や盛り付けなどの彩りも、とても繊細で美しく
目も舌もどちらも楽しむことが出来ます。
季節感を先取りしたメニューも毎回考えられていて、とても感心しています。
約８年間、月に一度・・・時々お休みすることもあるのですが
70食はいただいています（笑）
もちろん繰り返される献立もありますが、それでも毎回楽しみにさせてくれる
そんな魅力があるお店だと思います。
