あじろさんの精進料理。いつかお店でったおもってたのですが、妙心寺退蔵院でいただく機会がありました。
秋にあった特別拝観の催しで、ふくじゅうしょくさんのお話をおききして、普段は非公開の方丈を見せていただき、そして精進料理、というのが、本日の流れ。最後には隠し茶室の見学つき。
あじろさんのスタッフさんが配膳してくださり、まずは葛湯を。
殺生禁止の観点から、お魚もお肉もご法度だった頃、ゆばを鰻の蒲焼きにみたてたり、油をうまくつかってコクをだしたりと、あちこちに精進料理ならではの工夫と知恵がみえかくれ。これはなにかなぁ、なんておもいながらのお食事もたのしいものでした。
令和の今なので、精進料理にお酒もOK。どなたもたのわでなかってけど、熱燗を一本おねがいしゃあおました。600円
