お寿司
名古屋タカシマヤのウィークリースポットで発見。
あなご寿司やお稲荷さん、鴨肉などの取り扱いです。
「煮あなご いなり弁当」972円
煮穴子のお寿司が4切れと、「京のおいなりはん」が2個のセットです。
煮穴子はしっかり甘めのたれがついています。
しゃりは柔らか甘めな仕上がりです。
普通にいけます。
いなりずしは三角の関西な形。
具もニンジンやゴマやしいたけなどはいっています。
付け合わせの柴漬けもなかなか美味しく、合ってもいました。
あと、試食でもらった鴨肉がとても美味しかったですヾ(・∀・)

お寿司に鴨に
名古屋のタカシマヤ、ウィークリーコーナーにきていました。
美味しそうだったり試食が良かったりで購入です。
京都のお店のようでした。
「煮あなご一本寿し」1080円
美味しそうなビジュアルに惹かれて購入。
穴子自体好きですしね。
煮あなごなので柔らかいです。
甘めの味付け。
シャリも甘めかな。
シャリの間には大葉もありました。
こういうアクセントって良いですよね。
美味しい穴子寿司でした。
「京のおいなりはん」648円
4個入りです。
三角なのがさすが京都。
筍やしいたけ、ごぼうにニンジンがはいっています。
五目なんですね。
味付けは意外と甘さもしっかりある感じ。
黒ゴマも良い塩梅ですね。
「合鴨のスモーク」1296円
試食でいただいて美味しかったので思わず購入。
スモーク風味がきいています。
柔らかくそして、鴨のうまみが濃縮されています。
噛みしめて美味しい。
ちょっと値は張りますがお勧めですよ♪
思った以上に美味しいものそろいで満足。
また来たら寄ろうかな。

鴨肉や穴子が売りの催事常連なお店です。
「京のおいなりはん」
6個入りのものを選択。
三角の形の稲荷寿司です。
比較的つるっとした表面のお揚げ。
中にはゴマやニンジンなどがはいった五目系です。
酢がそこまで強いタイプでなく、1個あたりも大きく腹もちが良い感じ。
好みとは違いますが普通に美味しくいただけました。
こちらは鴨肉や穴子も美味しいです。
