週末2回セットの研修、後半戦で選んだ宿は、花園会館。妙心寺の資本？（こういう表現しか思いつかずすみません）のホテルです。久々に夕食と朝食付の宿に泊まります。しかも、夕食は精進料理で楽しみです。
1日目の夕食は、生麩が入った鍋を中心としたもの。写真は全てをまとめたもの。精進料理は健康にいいからか、ちょい量が足りない。それとなんだかアルコールのつまみという感覚が持てない。それで、チューハイのあてに生麩田楽を追加で頼みました。
2日目の夕食は、生麩はない鍋を中心としたもの。やはり写真は全てをまとめたものです。「2日目も同じ料理だったらどうしよう？」と思っていたのですが、杞憂に終わりよかった。さすが旅館です。
せっかくなので朝食もアップします。御用達の蓋がなかなか重厚な朝食です。中身は割とオーソドックスな朝食の品々ですが、これも2日とも品は微妙に違うという配慮がありました。そうそう、ちょっとした鍋がつき、1日目は豆乳から豆腐ができるもの、2日目は湯豆腐でした。こういうのが旅行気分に貢献しますね。
と、ここまで書いてきましたが、正直に告白しますと、精進料理の夕食、京都っぽいし、おいしいし、からだにもよいのですが、私にとっては2つほど問題が。1つは、酒のあてというか、アルコールのお供にはならないこと。2つは絶対的に量が少ないこと。
ということで、1日目も2日目もこれらを補うべく、ふらっと外に出ています。その記事はまた後ほど。
