仁和寺のたもと、きぬかけの路のかかりの交差点にあるカフェ。
上品なライティングに優しい色目のファーニチャー。
カウンターと大机のミニマム空間は和の情緒と洋の解放感を併せ持つ淑やかな空気感が漂います。
この日私はコーヒー、主人はお菓子と京番茶のセットでお菓子はさのわをチョイス。
さのわ…ウィーンの焼菓子、リンツァトルテ。
しっとりしたケーキにフルーツの酸味、
バターが強くこれ以上量があるとくどいというくらい小さなボディに味が濃縮されています。
コーヒーは深みがありまろやかなこくでとてもストロング、
ケーキの甘さを引き立てるようアメリカーノに近いお味でした。
和洋折衷、相反するベクトルがまざりあう美的空間を提供してくれます。
