今回は、餃子の王将太秦店を利用し、豚キムチとライスを注文した。
この太秦店は、結構昔からある。
豚キムチは暑い時期にスタミナをつけるのに絶好である。
王将は料理が出てくるまでが速く約３分で出てきた。
これもサービスのうちである。
CPは勿論、十分納得である
100年に一度の不況と言われる現在、500以上ある全ての店舗で黒字をあげており、マスコミの露出も増える中華のナショナルチェーン・餃子の王将。
一日に使う卵は20万個、鶏肉豚肉は17トン、餃子は120万とのこと。王将のウリは、各店舗が独自の裁量を持ち、メニューを変えていることである。王将の経営に興味があるため、看板を見る度に店舗の差異を体験するべく利用したい。以上、個人的な王将備忘録でした。
