お肉は、全てにおいて美味しかったです。
特上タンもサシが適度に入っており、柔らかく厚さもちょうどいい感じで、最高です。
赤身もとろけるお味で、赤身の上質な脂もあり、ワインが進んでしまいます。
オンtheライスが最高でしょうね。
お隣りの方は、皆さま、ハイボール横に、オンTheライスなさってました。
常連さんがほとんどみたいなお店です。
点数が低めにしてしまったのは、サシ入りのお肉の種類がミスジとかで、三角バラとかが一緒に行った人が食べたかったらしく、バラ肉が無いのが残念だったのと、〆の冷麺がお出汁が甘くて、お酢を大量に入れても甘口だったのが苦手でした。
テールスープも頼みたかったですが、甘いのかなぁと断念しました。
スッキリ、牛骨のスープを冷麺に期待してただけに。
好みの問題でしょうね。
お肉は、素晴らしかったです。
