京都散策の途中で
" 笹屋昌園カフェ&アトリエ " に立ち寄りました♬
いつもは 本蕨餅 " 極み " をテイクアウトするのですが、
今回は " 至高 " を頂きました(^^)
木の香りが心地良く、店内は明るくて素敵♡
可愛い女性スタッフさんの説明を聞き
職人さんが目の前で本蕨餅を作って下さるのです♬
出来たての温かい蕨餅をまずひとくち♬
トロン♡トロン♡で、お口の中で蕨餅が逃げる〜っ♡
風味が凄くいいのです♬
次は、真ん中の氷水に潜らせると
また違う食感に♬
とぅるんっ♡とぅるんっ♡
時間が経つにつれて蕨餅の食感が変わり
面白ーい(^^)♡
次は 餡子を載せて、、、
コレ！美味しいに決まってるヤツ〜っ(*≧∀≦*)
最後は、きな粉をまぶして
てゅるんっ♡ てゅるんっ♡ の口当たりを
楽しみました(o^^o)♡
