嵐山から近くの中々予約の取れない名店
【天ぷら松】さん
天ぷらが有名ですが、一品料理もどれも本当に美味しい
一品料理特筆は松茸とハモの土瓶蒸し
この時期しか味わえない料理で松茸の香りと鱧がふわふわでとても美味、土瓶蒸しの概念が変わりました。
天ぷらもキスや車海老とサクふわでとても美味しかった。
混んでたせいか料理の提供はかなり遅めだったのが少し残念。
時間に余裕があれば問題は無いです
今回はそんなに問題なし。
今回は会食だったので2階の個室を利用
お昼ならかなり良い眺めも楽しめそう。
また行きたいお店の一つになりました
