京都１日目は、嵐山渡月橋近くの渡月亭に宿泊、お夕食。
素晴らしく手間のかかった懐石料理の数々。
面白いなと思ったのは、稲穂。
稲のポップコーンバージョン。まるで、綿雪を食べているみたい。✌️
製法を知りたい一品だった。
松茸の釜飯、ハモ・松茸の土瓶蒸し、柿を使った柿釜コキール、地酒の飲み比べなど、板前さん達がいらして、一品ずつ丁寧に説明して下さり、感動、感激。♥️
真心のこもった女将さんのおもてなしや板前さんのお料理に、ゆっくり癒されながら頂いたのは、生まれて初めてかも～❗️♥️
いつも、バタバタ食べて飲む日常だったから、こんな時間を持てた事は幸せ。( ´∀`)V
主人の出張に合わせて、観光を計画してついて来て良かったと、つくづく思う１日目の晩だった。
街並みもゆったり、上品な立ち居ふるまい、本当に心打たれた。
いつもバタバタの自分を反省～(苦笑)
今度は嵐山に、ゆっくりと連泊で来たいなぁ～❗️
