ハイシーズンの嵐山。
お昼に予約して訪問しました。
予約して正解。
12時の開店と同時に満席になりました。
食べたかった秋刀魚寿司は、秋刀魚が入荷できずありませんでした。残念。
気を取り直して、２人で、鯖寿司二切れ、笹寿司(鯛)一つ、稲荷寿司一つ、煮穴子寿司四切れ、ます寿司四切れ、赤だし二つを注文。
鯖寿司は、優しい〆加減が最高。
笹寿司は、木の芽が入ってて他では食べられない旨さと連れが言うので、私も追加注文。めちゃ旨。
稲荷寿司は、山椒が程よく効いててお揚げはさっぱりとした甘さでいくらでも食べられそう。
煮穴子寿司は、穴子がふっくら、タレは優しい甘さでこれまた最高。
ます寿司は、海苔との相性バッチリ、これまたここでしか味わえないのでは？
あまりの美味しさに、焼穴子寿司四切れも追加。
穴子がかりっとして香ばしく、これまた最高。
煮穴子と焼穴子対決は、私は煮穴子派、連れは焼穴子派でイーブンでした。
二人でこれだけぺろりと平らげてしまいました！
別に小さいわけではありません。
あまりの美味しさ故に…。
また、嵐山に来たときは再訪確定です。
