I found Kyu-chan, a rare Hiroshima-yaki shop next to Golf Five along Marutamachi Street! ︎We also had Okonomiyaki, Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles), udon, and Teppan-yaki, but the Hiroshimayaki with boiled raw noodles, plenty of cabbage, pork, egg, and squid tempura was delicious! When you sit at the counter, you can see the food being grilled right in front of you, and you can really feel that it's different from the Kansai style! I was so impressed that I ate it quickly (*^_^*) The noodles were crispy and the cabbage was soft inside. It matched well with the sauce and I think it tastes better than the Kansai style (*^_^*) There were various toppings such as egg, green onion, cheese, and kimchi! I want to eat the special next time ^o^
