京都市にて、53年続いてる町中華のお店「誠養軒」。本日三軒目。
場所は京都駅からタクシーで20分ほど。
商店街、全然人がいない。大丈夫か？
いかにも味がありそうな店構え。
ガラッと開ければカウンターとテーブル席が2席のみとこじんまりとしてます。
メニューはひと通りあります。
「毎日やる気がなくなり次第、帰ります」。最高っすね。
ワンオペ店主
もはや味しかない。
3人で注文したのは餃子、唐揚げ、中華そば。
餃子、焦げてます。この飾らなすぎる見た目、逆にいかす。皮薄くて破けがち。具は多め。
唐揚げ、これはいい感じ。
中華そば、昔ながらの鶏ガラ醤油。昭和にタイムスリップしたかのような素朴な味。
総じて、これはこれで味。ごちそうさまでした。
