北野天満宮から上七軒に入ったところにある京料理の紅梅庵さん。こちらはテイクアウトで寿司が買えるんです。
写真の鯖寿司で１０００円以下ととてもリーズナブルです!(^^)!
適度な厚みの鯖は少し塩っ気を感じますが、これから暑くなる季節なのでこの塩っぱさはある意味安心（安全）出来る味です(^.^)/~~~
そしてシャリは、京都の寿司らしく昆布出汁入ってるのか？旨味がたまりません。
塩っ気と旨味の混ざり具合が妙味な鯖寿司です。
料理屋の味を気楽に楽しめるテイクアウト寿司。また買いに行こうと思います(^^)v
