今日はラーメンと餃子が食べたい気分になりクルマを走らせこちらのお店へ。
少し離れたコインパーキングにクルマを停めお店に到着したのは20時過ぎ、店内は満席状態で店外で15分ほど待ち入店。
テーブル席に座りラーメンに餃子とライスが付いた「C定食」(1,000円)を注文。
どんぶりには、チャーシュー、刻みネギ、その下にもやしが盛り付けられており、餃子はふっくらとした丸みがあるものが６個盛りつけられています。
スープはシャバ系の白湯で豚骨特有の香りは控えめですが塩味も程よく旨みもしっかりとし乳化したまろやかさもあります。
麺は中細のストレート麺が使われており歯切れが良く小麦の旨みもありスープもよく馴染みシャキシャキとしたもやしやネギと絡めても美味しくいただけます。
チャーシューは厚切りされており柔らかい肉質で味付けも肉の旨みが活かされており量もたっぷりで豚骨スープとも良く合います。
餃子は皮がプリッとして厚みがあり焼き目はカリッと焼かれており野菜が多く使われた餡は柔らかく口の中で解け旨みが広がりご飯と一緒に美味しくいただきました。
餃子専門店ですが餃子だけでは無くラーメンも美味しく、単品で注文するよりも定食がお得になっておりお腹いっぱいいただく事が出来ました。
