総本店をはじめ京都に数多くの店舗がある天下一品、その中でまだ訪れた事の無かったこちらのお店を仕事帰りに訪れました。
指定のコインパーキングにクルマを停め店内へ、今回のお目当ては11月13日から全国販売が開始された「豚トロチャーシューメン」(1,310円)
どんぶりには、刻みネギと麺が隠れるぐらい豚トロチャーシューがたっぷり盛り付けられスープはしっかりとしたとろみがあります。
スープは鶏がらと野菜を使ったベジポタ鶏白湯、醤油感は少し強く感じるものの塩味は程よく天下一品さんの標準的な濃度のあるこってりとしたスープです。
麺は歯切れの良いストレート細麺が使われておりスープの絡み具合もとても良く、シャキシャキのネギと絡めて食べても美味しくいただけます。
豚トロチャーシューはスープに浸す事で脂がとろっとし濃厚さが増し量もたっぷりで食べ応えもあり美味しくいただきました。
店舗によって濃度や味の違いを感じる事の多い天下一品さんですが、こちらのお店は標準的な濃度を維持されており、何よりスープが熱々なのでたっぷりとチャーシューを盛り付けてもスープがそれほど冷えないのがとても良かったです。
