前回は気まぐれハンバーグだったので、定番メニュー狙いで再来店。デミグラスソースのハンバーグ160グラム&カキフライ3個@1.780円（税込）が再来店サービス50円券で@1.730円に。
前回のアボガドソースも美味しかったけれど、デミグラスもおいしい。私が食べる、今年初のカキフライ。衣はパン粉が大きめざくざく系で中はトロッと。タルタルの酸味が効いていました。
ごはんは最初に限定の有機のプレンド玄米を2口。白ごはんは小さいお茶碗に2杯いただきました。ごはんの炊き方を習いたい！
