精米したてのお米を炊いたごはんと自家製ハンバーグが自慢の洋食店 |
北野白梅町駅より徒歩25〜30分の場所にある洋食屋さん キッチンパパ。
開店前から行列ができており、12時過ぎには売り切れで閉店してしまうほど人気のあるお店。2023年洋食百名店に選出されています。
お米に強いこだわりを持っており、日によって様々な生産地のお米をいただけるのも魅力。回転はそこまで早くないですが、名前を伝えた後お店の前で待たなくていいので、そこまで苦に感じません。

◾セットハンバーグ&カキフライ、海老フライ
お箸を入れた瞬間に肉汁が逃げ出さず、口の中の体温でお肉の旨味が溢れ出す、美味しい洋食屋さんに多い絶品ハンバーグと、身が詰まったザクザクのカキフライに、弾力の強い海老フライを追加注文。
程よく濃度があってコク深い味わいのデミグラスソースや、たっぷり使っても無くならない多めのタルタルソースも絶品で、美味しさをグッと引き立ててくれます。
もちろんウリにされている白ご飯も水分量が絶妙で素晴らしく、ふっくらとしていながら同時にシャキシャキとした食感も感じるほど一粒一粒がたっていて、料理との相性も抜群でした！
