京都鷹峯 ～川のせせらぎの中で味わう風流～
京都市内の喧騒から少し離れた、京都北区の鷹峯三山の麓に位置するしょうざんリゾート京都。静かで広大なリゾート内は自然豊かで、四季折々の風景をお楽しみ頂けます。そのリゾート内に期間限定でOPENするレストラン「渓涼床」。料理長厳選の旬の素材を活かした京料理を涼しげな風景と共にお楽しみ下さい。お席は全席椅子席にてご用意致しております。 |
休日に洛北にあるしょうざんリゾートにある表記の料理店を訪問。広大な日本庭園のなかを流れる紙屋川の上に張り出した「渓涼床」で夏仕立ての昼ごはんをいただく。金閣寺から車で5分くらいの場所に位置する。
川床がは鴨川や貴船、高雄は有名だけどこちらはあまり知られていないので静かに食事が楽しめる穴場となっている。光の陰影とせせらぎの音と虫の声が清涼感を醸し出す。今回は一番廉価な4500円のコースを所望する。
まずは前菜盛り合わせ。。これはいたって普通・・・柔らかい口当たりの揚げ胡麻豆腐もこの場所でいただくととても美味しく感じられる。刺身は残念・・・・
鮎の塩焼きはしっかりと焼きこまれていてさすが看板料理と感心。鰊と揚げ茄子の炊き合わせもいい味わい。走りの栗を使ったご飯とオレンジゼリーでフィニッシュ。。接遇のスタッフも親切でゆっくりとした時間を楽しめました。食後は日本庭園を散策して風呂で汗を流して帰阪しました。
