店主は、谷町九丁目・上本町麺乃家で修行された方です。 |
11:50頃に店着。15名ほど並んでいました。しばらくすると店内へ案内され、中の椅子に座って待ちます。カウンター9席のみのお店です。
45分待ってようやく着席。

スープはとてもあっさりしてるのに奥行きがあって、とても美味しい醤油ラーメンです。大ぶりのチャーシューはホロホロとして自分好み！麺は細麺で柔らかめで、あまり得意ではありませんがコシはあってスープとよく合うと思います。
