紫蔵さんは、京都で1番おいしい家系ラーメンと
きいていましたので気になっていました。
関東の有名店王道家の系譜らしいです。
期待は高まります。
訪問は
北野天満宮に合格祈願で訪れた後に伺いました。
到着は10時50分
お店から離れたところに並ぶところありました。
5人並んでおられ、接続しました。
10時55分ごろに開店！！
すぐに満席になりました。さすが人気店！
外国人のお客さんもおられました。
頼んだものは
ラーメン 900円
ごはん 大 100円
ごはんは大、中、小同じ値段でした。
チャーシューメンはないようです。
肝心のお味は
スープは醤油もしっかりきいておりパンチもありますが豚骨、鶏などのマイルドさもしっかり感じるバランスの取れたお味！めちゃうまです。
麺は酒井製麺を使用されておられ
もちっとコシのあります！
チャーシューがなんといっても
大判なものが1枚！！
しっかり味付けもされており
ジューシーでごはんとの相性も最高！！
ほんとうに美味しい家系ラーメンでした。
これは京都No.1でしょう！！！
