先日あくた川
に行ったので
今回はこっちに
とんこつが効いたスープは醤油の感じが薄い
とんこつラーメンとして美味い
家系ラーメンといえば？
となりそう
白ごはんに合う感じは薄かったかな
チャーシューは厚くて固い
気になったのが、あくた川は働いている人が元気で明るく活気があった
ここは店主も含めてめっちゃ暗かった
なんでなのかわからないがスタッフはきをつけで立ってる感じでピリピリしてるように感じた
明るい方がいいかな
好みとしては
雰囲気って大事だよね
