訪れたのは21時を過ぎた頃、近くのコインパーキングに車を停めお店の中へ、店内は古民家を改装されてた町屋風、店内はレトロな雰囲気で落ち着きます。
メニューを拝見すると、7種類のラーメンメニューのほかにご飯物、一品、おつまみなど居酒屋らしいメニューも豊富です。
今回は初訪なのでオススメと書かれていた「元祖醤油ラーメン」(680円)に「チャーシュー大盛」(150円)を追加して注文する事にしました。
着丼した白いドンブリにメンマ、刻みネギ、チャーシュー、ナルトが盛り付けられています。
スープを飲んでみると甘みとコクのある醤油と動物系の旨みを感じます。
スープは鶏がらから引かれているようで、優しい味わいですがコクもしっかりとしており粗挽き胡椒が味を引き締めています。
加水率低めの平打麺はシコシコとしており小麦の風味も感じられスープもよく馴染みます。
チャーシューは薄切りで小ぶりな物が使われており食べ易く味付けが濃いめのメンマやシャキシャキのネギが濃いめのスープとよく合います。
お店は居酒屋さんのようですがメインはラーメンのようで、居酒屋さんがですラーメンというよりラーメン店が居酒屋メニューを出しているような感じでした。
味もなんだか懐かしい昔ながら中華そばって感じで美味しくいただく事が出来ました。
次は数量限定の「すっぽんラーメン」を食べてみたいと思います。
