フォロワー様に教えて頂き立ち寄ってみました。
ラテアートジャンキーズさんの北側。路地を少し入った以前もカフェだった場所。
「どらやき」の立て看板が印象的で、テイクアウト用の大きな窓がある明るいお店。
カウンターだけのミニマムスペースですが、どら焼きがその場でも頂けます。
しかもイートインだと、つぶあんに有塩バター・無塩バター・ラムレーズン・チーズ・生クリームとトッピングまで出来るとのこと。
今回は有塩バターでお願いしました。
生地自体は、とてもしっとりしてもっちり。
つぶあんは、とても滑らかですごく美味しいです。
有塩バターの量も絶妙で、甘さが引き立ちます。
カフェという形態ですが、和菓子職人さんが作られた逸品だという印象です。
店主さんにお伺いしすると、食べログ100名店選出の超有名和菓子店のご出身だそうです。
めっちゃ納得！
飲み物も非常に魅力的。
月ヶ瀬産の和紅茶のセカンドフラッシュに有機ほうじ茶・有機煎茶・小山園のおうす。
コーヒーもありました。
悩みましたが「ほうじ茶」をチョイス。
２煎頂きましたが、煎茶のような香りがする若々しいほうじ茶でした。
旨味たっぷりですけど爽やかで、どら焼きと非常に合いますね。
これだけ上質なセットなのに710円（2018年9月訪問時）という良心的なお値段。
持ち帰りならミニサイズもあるので、天神さんのお土産にもぴったりですね。
でもぜひイートインで食べるのをオススメします。
