北野の天神さんにお参りに向かう途中、
可愛い看板に吸い寄せられました(^-^)
桂の中村軒さんご出身のご店主さまが拵えるどら焼き専門店。
コロナ前はイートインもあったそうですが、
現在はテイクアウトのみの営業でいらっしゃいました。
オーソドックスな小豆あんの他、
果物や野菜、黒糖系のあん等、週替わりに色々などら焼きを販売してはるようです(^^)
ヨシノが伺った日は、
青えんどうバターや焼きリンゴ、黒糖クリームチーズ等、
7種類のどら焼きがありました。
購入したのは、以下の2つです。
○白花豆白あずき(280円)
花白豆のグラッセと白小豆あんが挟んであります。
花白豆のグラッセは、京都の甘納豆屋さんの斗六屋さん製で、
井のメさんの白小豆あんとコラボ。
しっかりキツネ色に焼かれたどら焼きの皮ともぴったりな組み合わせで、
美味しくいただきました♪
○焼きリンゴ(370円)
小豆あんに大きな焼きリンゴが挟んであります。
リンゴの酸味とあんの甘味が重なって、甘酸っぱい冬のお味。
リンゴは青森産サンふじを使用されています。
メニューの変化が楽しみで、近くに伺った際はまた違うどら焼きを買ってみたいです。
