担々麺が美味しいと評判の
『担々麺 胡』（えびす）さんは初訪問。
四川風担々麺でシビカラを味わいたかったけど、
やはり初訪ではデフォのメニューを頼もうと
普通の担々麺を注文。一緒に追い飯セットも。
辛さが選べるので辛さ大（普通の2倍）に
しました。他に激辛（5倍）、爆辛（10倍）が
ありました。
出てきた担々麺は見るからにまろやかそうな
スープです。
まずは一口啜ってみると、想像通りまろやか。
旨味、甘味もしっかりとあります。
辛さは大にしたけど、あんまり感じない。
これなら激辛位なら全然食べられそう。
麺を食べるとスープに絡んで美味しい。
これは誰にでも好まれそうな万人受けする
味だと思います。
一緒に口に入ってくる玉ねぎやミンチが
またいい仕事をしています。
一気に麺を食べ終わったので
追い飯投入。
追い飯セットはご飯、パルメザンチーズ、温玉が
付いているので、こちらも全て投入。
やっぱりチーズが入ると美味しさ倍増です。
チーズ担々麺ってメニューもあったから
これも美味しいかも。
次回はチーズか四川風を食べよう。
