北野天満宮に訪れた際に目についたうどん屋さん。
今治うどんは愛媛県人がこよなく愛する甘手のいりこ出汁がきいたうどんです。
愛媛県民は甘めが大好き。ことりやアサヒに代表される鍋焼きうどんも甘い出汁、ラーメンも瓢太が提供するのは甘いもの、豚太郎の味噌ラーメンも甘めなのです。
こちらの3代目と称する若い大将が丁寧に作ったうどんは優しさと甘さが感じられて美味しいです。
関西の出汁はカツオが基本なので、四国独特のいりこ出汁のうどんが食べられるお店は貴重ですね。
