今日のお昼は、わら天神前に去年10月にオープンされた、ラーメンなか澤さんへ行ってきました。ラーメンめっちゃくちゃ美味しいかったです。まだ、オープンされて数カ月というクオリティに全く感じない仕上がりで、いい意味で裏切られた感じで、リピート必須のお店に出会えて感動を覚えた次第です。麺も棣顎さんの麺を使用されてて、期待していましたが、期待以上の麺で柔らかめもう対応していただき、また、柔らかめにも耐えるめっちゃ美味しい麺で最高でした。鶏白湯をいただいたのですが、ややあっさり目の鶏白湯でしたが、バランスよく頼りなくない僕くらいの50くらいの人間にはちょうどいいスープで、麺との相性も抜群で、ほんとにいい店に出会えました。
