3日間の京都旅、その初日の夕食です。
今回の旅の中で初日の夕食だけは店が決まって
いました。新幹線やホテル、それに太秦映画村
など、代理店にお願いした際にツレがどうしても
行ってみたい、食べてみたい所があった様子で、
代理店のお姉さんと相談し、決めたのがココ、
だった様である
貴船……
京都の奥座敷、と言う立ち位置か？
義経が修行したと言われる鞍馬山や延暦寺のある
比叡山方面、と言ったら何となく分かるで
しょうか？
（自分自身、よく分かってないのですが…）
貴船の、、いわゆる川床である、つい先日
「ブラタモリ」でやってた京都鴨川編の
スタートは貴船でした…
貴船？川床？やはりよく分かってない…σ(^_^;)
簡単？に言うと川の上（笑）でご飯を食べる
京都の夏の風物詩、なのだそう…
先斗町の川床は川というより河原に突き出た
形の櫓を組んであるのですが、貴船の川床は
鴨川の上流でもある貴船川の真上に床を
組んであり、風情やライブ感が全く違います
そんな川床料理を頂きに「貴船ひろや」さんに
お邪魔する。
伏見稲荷から京都駅へ…地下鉄の市役所前で
一旦、降りてホテルにチェックイン、
ひと休みして今度は三条の駅から出町柳駅に
向かう、そこから叡山電鉄に乗り換え、貴船口
まで…飛び乗った電車が比叡山方面に行く
ヤツだったので途中、宝ヶ池駅で降りて次の
電車を待つ、コチラの電車も嵐山方面に行く
ヤツ同様、一両編成のチンチン的なタイプ
貴船口で下車し、ココでもバスを待ちます、
終点で下車、予約の時間までまだ少しあった
ので「ブラタモリ」にも出た貴船神社の本宮
と奧宮を両方、テクテクと参拝しました。
貴船神社って願いを書いて奉納する絵馬の
発祥の神社、らしいですね。
奥宮から再び山を下ると左手に「ひろや」
さん。店前には女将さんらしきキレイな女性
が立って待っててくれました、
（そう言えばこの女将さん、僕らが神社に
お参りに行く時も笑顔で会釈してくれた）
「kodzillaさんですか？お越しやす、お待ち
しておりました」
宿もある店内に一旦入って、また階段を降り
外に出る、おぉっ！川の真上に設られた畳、
の上にテーブル席、多分、市内とは5℃、
いやもっと？温度が違うでしょう、細やかな
宴の始まりです、僕らについてくれた仲居
のお母さんも気さくで良い方でした…
食事は偏食家の自分が苦手な（笑）懐石的
和食コースです、まぁでもコレも…ねっ？

和食の用語がさっぱり分かりませんので
勉強しながら感想を少し…
お酒
一番搾りの中瓶〜テーブルワイン赤（亜）

ホントはね、日本酒に行きたかったんです
が、帰りの事が気になって…
先付
助子旨煮・松風、川海老、独活白煮
天子甘露煮、粽寿司、一寸塩茹、芋チップ
うすい豆腐
※助子ってスケソウダラの事でまぁ明太子や
タラコと同じと言う事ですね、コレ旨い、
それにケシの実やゴマを振ると松風と言う
名前になるらしい、です(^^;;
独活＝ウド、天子＝アマゴ、粽＝ちまき
一寸＝そら豆…
うすい豆腐はグリーピースの寄せ豆腐の
事だそう、雲丹が乗っていて超！ラッキー
吸物
浅利真丈
白髪葱花山椒、蝶野菜、蕨、柚子
※真丈がフワフワで箸使いのヘタクソな僕は
崩してしまい…σ(^_^;) 中に入っていた
浅利の風味が非常にヨシ
向付
鯛へぎ造り、鮪、間八、あしらい一色
煮物
鶏養老煮
小芋、小巻湯葉、五三竹煮、絹さや
菖蒲麩、木の芽
※ 湯葉で巻いた鶏肉がヤバい、
薄味で濃くて（笑）甘い
焼物
若鮎塩焼き（2尾）
梅流し、葉地神
※鮎の塩焼き…焼かれた鮎の顔に感謝しつつ
頭から齧る、梅流し…手前の小皿の
すり流し的なソースの事か？僕はコレ…
ダメσ(^_^;)なので、何もつけずに
葉地神…芽生姜の酢漬けの事みたいです
御凌ぎ
鰻羽二重、梅肉
※羽二重…要は茶碗蒸しの事らしいのですが、
漉し方が更にきめ細かいのだそう、鰻の
具にヤラれましたが、上にかかってた梅肉
のソースが… (^^;; 苦手…でも美味しかった
揚物
油目唐揚げ、海老道明寺揚げ、ピメント、
檸檬
※油目…アイナメの事だそうです、白くて
淡白な身がフワフワしてて美味しい。
道明寺粉…餅米で作るプチプチした衣で
揚げた海老天、衣がアラレみたいで
ちょっと硬い（笑）
ピメント…唐辛子の一種
強肴
鯛白子緑酢掛け、イクラ、土佐酢、木の芽
※鯛の酢の物、イクラは避けて↓…

※さっきのイクラをトッピングして頂く(^^;;

香の物 三種盛り

マンゴープリン、ホイップ、苺、ミント
以上、こうやって頂いてみると知らない食材や
料理用語ばかり、普段頂かないですからね、
こう言うお料理は…勉強になりました。
蒸した鶏以外は全くお肉がない、京都の和食を
堪能させて頂きました。
最後に…外で食べてるからか？蝶やあとアレは
ウスバカゲロウかな？
あとね、少し、寒かったです（笑）
