15年以上ぶりに伺った。
①精進料理の内容は質、量共に文句なし。繊細な味を出し、食べていてワクワクする。
②境内から本堂への演出。外国人受けしそうなお部屋。変わりなく美しいお庭。好みが分かれるが私は全てが良いと感じる。
③過不足ない店員さんの説明や接遇。
④さて、問題なのは電話対応。
当日、駐車場の件で電話連絡。
店側の予約時間の間違いがあり、結果、店側が間違いを認めたものの、次に出た言葉が「ほんで、なに？」（標準語なら「だから、なに？」）
そちらの間違いを正しただけなのに「ほんで、なに？」はないやろ。オカンでも言わんわ。
そして…
あくまで言いますが、こちらは
飲食店ではなく、あくまで「お寺さん」です。
