京都の寺・閑臥庵でいただく食事。
あまりにも写真を沢山撮りすぎたのと、品数がありすぎたのでレポ記事をアップするのに１年かかりましたｗ

もうみんな待ってないだろうなぁー、なんて思っていたのですが、自分の備忘録としてぜひ共有させて
ください。
まるで外国人からみたニポンみたいな、畳にテーブルとイス。
そして妖艶な赤の世界。
そして個室をお願いしたつもりはないのに個室。
非日常的な空間で、大人のデートにピッタリ☆
ところで普茶料理、ご存知でしょうか。
精進料理の一種らしいです。
でも、地味な精進料理ではなくてとても華やかです。
それは、多分京風にアレンジしたからではないでしょうか。
女性らしいな、と思うような盛り付けと味つけでした。
精進料理だからといって、味気ないとか、薄味すぎる、というわけではなかったです。
しっかり味がついていましたし、油を使用した料理もあります。
まずは京菓子と抹茶で。
普茶料理は、お茶がお酒がわり。
なので、これはアペリティフというところでしょうか。
ここから１2品目の料理が次々にサーブされます。
１２品目、なんですが、１品目にいろいろなお料理が少しずつなので、食べ終わるまで３時間かかりました。
まずは”箏羹（しゅんかん）。
季節の野菜などの煮付です。
これがとても豪華。
まるで生け花を食べるかのような。
かぼちゃの飾り切りが素敵。
刺身に見立てた赤いこんにゃくだったり。（赤い食べ物）
あれ、ハートだ。
これはお肉っぽくみたてているんですが、ナスという。
梅干しの日の出揚げ。
揚油（ヤンウー）→揚げ物
なんとお花も食べられます！
なんと、この籠も食べられます！
昆布でできています！
麻腐（マフ）→ごま豆腐
雲片（ウンペン）→くず引
人参、椎茸、竹の子などで調理されたもの。
もどき→見立て料理
栗みたいな！！
さつまいもでつくっています。
これは鰻もどき！
ゆばのあんかけ。
酸菜（サンツァイ）→酢の物
人参と大根の酢の物でお口をさっぱり。
寿免（スメ）→汁物
飯子（ハンツウ）→ご飯
果菜（クォウサイ）→水物つまりデザート。
お汁粉でした。
今回いただいたのは竹膳という基本のコース。
こんなに沢山のお料理、そして目でも楽しませていただいたお料理が８０００円でした。
実はココ、これだけではないのです。
