黒糖 旅奴
その昔、加茂明神の御神領であった紫竹の里で、御倉屋(後藤常三)は、菓子づくり一筋に打ち込んでいます。
和菓子は餡が要です。粒婚は一粒ごとに選り抜いた小豆を薪を燃して煮ます。
餡づくりには私が発明した落差式石油バーナーを用いるなど製餡から仕上げに至るまで、独自の手煉・手法をもって、他所にはない新しい感覚の菓子を作ってきました。
